Despite express directions in my order dated 31st July 2018, the Petitioner has taken no steps to complete the filings required by that order. In paragraph 8 of that order, I said that there will be no extension of time and in default of compliance, the Suit and the Petition will both stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

This is, therefore, only to clarify today that, in default of compliance, the Suit and the Petition stood dismissed on 30th August 2018.
