---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM, J.

DATE : 11th JUNE 2019 P.C.:

Though an affidavit in reply has been filed on behalf of defendants, defendants are not present. Ms. Patki states that the ad-interim order passed on 7th August 2015 read with order dated 17th August 2015 be confirmed as order in the notice of motion and notice of motion be disposed.

I have also considered the affidavits and I see no reason why the submissions of Ms. Patki should be rejected. In the circumstances, the order dated 7th August 2015 read with order dated 17th August 2015 is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and notice of motion accordingly disposed.
