The Chamber Summons is filed for permission to be granted to the Plaintiffs to amend the Plaint and Notice of Motion No. 2344 of 2010 as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons. The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that on account of subsequent events including the handing over the property to the Respondent by the Defendant, which have taken place after the filing of the Suit, it would be necessary to carry out relevant amendment to the Suit as well as Notice of Motion by bringing on record the Respondent as Defendant No.2 as well as 1/2

47-CHS-977-2017.DOC consequential amendment. There is no opposition to the Chamber Summons and accordingly the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

Place the Suit for directions on 5th August, 2019. 3.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks amendment in paragraph 6 of the schedule to the Chamber Summons wherein in the second line of the prayer clause (f1) which is being inserted after prayer clause (f) in the Plaint, the date 12th November, 2009 should read as 12th November, 2010. The Applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment to the schedule to the Chamber Summons forthwith.
