Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned Counsel appearing in support of the motion seeks to withdraw this motion in respect of an admitted appeal, seeking a stay of the impugned order dated 23rd July, 2014 of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (Tribunal). However, he seeks to withdraw this motion with liberty to take out a fresh application if and when the occasion arises. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
