P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the Grievances Redressal Committee constituted by the State Government in terms of Section 35(1a) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearances and Redevelopment) Act, 1971.

2] The petitioner states that an appeal to the Grievance Redressal Committee will be filed within a period of two weeks from today. If such appeal is filed within two weeks from today, then, the Committee to give due consideration to the period spent by the 1/2
