Limited relief from the Petitioner is that the RERA has not decided the proceedings filed by the Petitioner since August 2021. 2.

In case the proceedings filed by the Petitioner are pending with the RERA, the RERA shall decide the said proceedings after hearing all the parties expeditiously, preferably within eight months. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
