Mr. Chandnani, learned counsel for the Plaintiffs and Mr. Karla, learned counsel for Defendant Nos.1 and 2 state that the Plaintiffs and Defendants belong to the same family and have now reached at the amicable settlement. Further they have pointed out that Defendant No.3Ms. Nutan Sharma has not appointed an advocate. She is present in the Court. She states that she has gone through the consent terms and after understanding the same, accept the same. Defendant No.3 is a formal party viz. Co-operative Housing Society, in which one of the flats in contention V.A. Tikam 1/2
S 722 of 2015.doc is situated.

The Plaintiffs and the Defendants are present in the Court. I have asked each of them and they have stated that they have agreed to these consent terms and signed them. The identification viz. copy of the pan card has been annexed to the consent terms.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. Suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Refund of court fees as per rules.
