Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Plaintiff to amend the Plaint to the present Suit as per Schedule A annexed hereto;

(b)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Plaintiff to ssp 1/2

chsl 1757 of 2016 (923).sxw amend the Notice of Motion (L) No.1656 of 2016 in the present Suit as per Schedule B annexed hereto;"

Defendant No.9 shall be dropped as party Defendant to the Suit. Defendant Nos.10 to 14 to be numbered as Defendant Nos.9 to 13. Respondents to the Chamber Summons to be joined as party Defendant Nos.13 and 15. Amendments to be carried out on or before 3rd September, 2016. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
