Learned Counsel for Petitioner states that the Petitioner is willing to hand over keys of subject premises to Respondent no.5 MMRDA and communication dated 27th September 2019 to that effect was also forwarded to Respondent no.5 MMRDA. Learned Counsel for Respondent no.5 MMRDA states that the Petitioner may approach Land and Estate Cell of Respondent no.5 MMRDA and hand over keys to Mr.Waghmare, Deputy Collector.

We record the statement of learned Counsel for Petitioner that the Petitioner shall handover the keys of the subject premises to Mr.Waghmare on 3rd October 2019 at 12 noon.

The Petition to stand disposed of.

If the Petitioner makes a representation for allotment of alternate premises or compensation, the same shall be decided by MMRDA expeditiously in accordance with law.
