This application is taken out to delete the plaintiff nos.19, 25, 26 and 27 from the array of the plaintiffs, withdraw the suit and also reduce the value of the suit claim qua the claim of above-numbered plaintiffs as their claims have been satisfied, in the intervening period.

The defendant no.3 has no objection to allow the application.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment be carried out in accordance with the Schedule-I appended to the plaint.

The particulars of the claim be also suitably amended as shown in the particulars of claim (Exhibit-C1, page 26). 6.

The suit thus stands disposed as withdrawn qua plaintiff nos.19, 25, 26 and 27.
