Heard Ms. Mahajan, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioners for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased John S. Dsouza The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. All three legal heirs are the Petitioners herein. 3.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) which reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioners under the provisions of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying that Mr. George John Dsouza, Ignatius John Dsouza and Alice Gilbert Rodrigues formerly known as Alice John Dsouza, and they be declared as legal heirs and legal representatives of the deceased John Dsouza under the provisions of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827;

(b) The delay in fiing the Legal Heirship Certificate shall be condoned."
