Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for first to third respondents. Perused the affidavit in support. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support and in particular paragraph 3 onwards, a case for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non prosecution, is made out. 2.

Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Interim relief, if any, operating on 15th July, 2015 shall also stand restored.

Writ petition shall be added to the appropriate final hearing cause list.
