Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the order dated 10th August, 2015, the petitioner has deposited demanded amount with the Municipal Corporation. The said amount was demanded by communication dated 22nd June, 2015. 2.

Learned Counsel, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. However, he seeks a direction against the officer of 1st Respondent Corporation to decide the representation dated 23rd July, 2015.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:

ORDER

(a) The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

(b) If the representation dated 23rd July, 2015 made by the Advocate for the petitioner (Exh. J to the Petition) is not yet decided, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from today. The order passed on the representation be communicate to the petitioner; (c) All contentions of the petitioner on the merits of the said representation are kept open.
