(i) Defendants together to give donation of Rs.50,000/- to Tata Memorial Hospital and Research Center, Parel, Mumbai, and provide the proof of payment to plaintiff's Advocate within two weeks from today ;

(ii) Subject to making this payment, suit stands disposed as withdrawn. Refund of court fees if any, in accordance with Rules. 2.
