Since the petitioner has settled the dispute with the respondents, the petitioner has applied for discharge of the Court Receiver without passing of accounts and without payment of costs, charges and expenses, if any, by the petitioner. 2.
The Court Receiver is accordingly discharged without passing of accounts however on payment of costs, charges and expenses, if any, by the petitioner. The Court Receiver is directed to furnish the final accounts to the petitioner within four weeks from 1/2
27-chs917-13 today. If any amount is payable by the petitioner as per the said final account, the same shall be paid within two weeks from the date of communication by the office of the Court Receiver. If any surplus amount is lying in the account of the Court Receiver in respect of the account of the petitioner, the same shall be refunded to the petitioner. 3.
The chamber summons is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
