Heard learned counsel for the parties. Similar directions are already issued by this court in Testamentary Suit No.93 of 2017 filed by the defendant herein which was arising out of the Testamentary Petition No.2191 of 2016 in which the defendants herein are propounding a Will of the deceased. Insofar as this chamber summons is concerned, it is filed in a suit for Letters of Administration. 2.

Chamber summons is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The parties are directed to comply with the directions in terms of prayer clause (a) within four weeks from today. The inspection of the documents shall be carried out within two weeks from the date of filing of the documents and compilation of the documents. 4.

Place Testamentary Suit No. 164 of 2017 along with Testamentary Suit No. 93 of 2017 on board for framing issues after six weeks.

Both the parties are directed to exchange the draft issues within four weeks form today.

Chamber summons is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No orders as to costs.

Further directions shall be issued at the time of settling the issues.
