Respondent No.1 without prejudice to his right to take out proceedings seeking restoration of the Appeal, impugning the order passed by this Court (Coram : R.D.Dhanuka, J.) dated 21-10-2015, which is dismissed, undertakes through his Advocate Shri Bimal Rajsekhar to handover possession of the mortgaged property to the Court Receiver on 6 th September, 2016 at 12.00 Noon. The Court Receiver shall accordingly visit Hyderabad and take physical possession of the mortgaged property from the Respondent No.1. The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of.
