On pronouncement of order, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent prayed for stay of the direction pertaining to disbursal of the amount lying in the credit of the present application. 2.

The said prayer is opposed on behalf of the applicant. 3.

The record shows that in the present case the foreign award was pronounced as far back as on 02nd April, 2019. It is obvious that the applicant has waited far too long for enjoying the fruits of the award. 4.
