Ms. Vibha Joshi, learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that accordingly, fresh writ of summons have been issued and that therefore, the aforesaid application itself could be disposed of. It is further submitted that the affidavit of service shall be filed within a week from today.

In view of the above, Interim Application No.3240 of 2022 stands disposed of.
