Perused the report. Heard the Official Liquidator. In spite of three attempts, no offers have been received for purchase of the property. The property consists of office premises at Thane. The Official Liquidator is directed to advertise sale of the property without indicating any reserve price. The Official Liquidator shall indicate EMD payment of 25 % of the offer price in the sale notice. Prayer clause (b) seeks permission to release outstanding payments of the advertisement charges. Prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the report are allowed and the report is disposed of accordingly.
