Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the respondent is served on 7th March,2017. None appeared for the respondent when the matter was called out. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and I have perused the affidavit in support of the application. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the company application, the applicant has made out a case for recall of the ex-parte order passed by this court on 8th July, 2015 on the condition that the applicant shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment when the matter is called out in future. Company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Company Application No.433 of 2014 is restored to file. Place the said company application on board for hearing and final disposal on 21st April, 2017. The applicant is directed to serve a copy of the said company application
