The Petitioner has sought the following prayers in the Writ Petition:- A. To quash the proceeding No.22/2017 before the Dy. Registrar of Cooperative Societies IV Dadar Mumbai; B. To stay the proceedings No.22/2017 before the Dy. Registrar of Cooperative Societies IV Dadar Mumbai Devendra 1/2

C. Interim and ad interim reliefs as per (b) above; D. Any such other and further orders as the nature and circumstances of the case may require be granted. 2.

The Petitioner who is a 3rd party to the proceeding No.22/2017 pending before the Dy. Registrar Cooperative Society, apprehends that adverse orders which may affect his rights, may be passed in the said proceedings. 3.
