In view of the order that we have just passed in Writ Petition No 778 of 2023, and the statement that we have recorded on behalf of Mr Sakhare for the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai ("MCGM") that there is compliance with the deficiencies earlier noted by the MCGM, the stop work notice issued by the MCGM to the developer will no longer survive. Writ Petition No 5348 of 2023 is disposed of in these terms.
