This motion has been moved on behalf of plaintiff seeking expeditious hearing of the suit on the ground that the plaintiff is a senior citizen aged about 72 years. Considering that the plaintiff is a senior citizen, this motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the motion. Hearing of the suit is expedited. Suit be placed on the list of expedited matters.
