Advocate for the insolvent accepted rule nisi which was issued only against respondent No.2. On 1st December, 2015, insolvent was not present in court but his advocate accepted the rule nisi. Despite that the insolvent has not provided the schedule of assets and liabilities. He has also not complied with the other requisitions. 2.
Today neither the insolvent nor his advocate is present in court. Therefore, rule nisi is made absolute.
