P.C. :- 1] This petition challenges the order dated 22nd August 2017, by which, the Appeal Court has declined the interim relief to the petitioner. The Appeal Court has made a prima facie observations that out of five Committee Members, three have resigned. Further, it is noted that even the tenure of Managing Committee has expired. In these circumstances, there is no case made out to interfere with the impugned order.

2] However, since the term has expired, it is incumbent upon respondent Nos.1 and 3 to commence and complete the election process for electing the new Managing Committee Members expeditiously.

Dinesh Sherla 47-wpl-2513-17 3] Mr. Manish Upadhyay, learned AGP states that this Court may fix outer time limit and within this time limit respondent Nos.1 and 3 will ensure that the election process will conclude and then the elected Members will be in place.

4] Accordingly, respondent Nos.1 and 3 to complete the election process as expeditiously as possible, but in any case within a period of two month from today.

5] Respondent No.1 to take all necessary steps to ensure that the election process will be completed within the said period and the Members of the Managing Committee are elected by the said date. 6] With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. (M. S. SONAK, J.) 2/2
