The prayer in the Petition reads as follows:

"This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to order the Divisional Railway Manager of Mumbai Division (Central Railway) to conduct suitable enquiry and initiate subsequent necessary action as per letter No.2014/V4/CR/GNL/Misc/71 with RB computer Reg.No.2014110382 dated 21/09/2014 from Railways Ministry." 2.

The Reply filed on behalf of the Respondents Nos.2 & 3 states that the Vigilance Branch have initiated investigation in respect of the complaint made by the Petitioner.
