In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] As against the order dated 28th July 2014 made under Section 35(1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 (said Act), an appeal is provided under Section 35(1A) of the said Act to the Grievances Redressal Committee constituted by the State Government. 3] In view of the aforesaid, it is not necessary to entertain the present petition. The petitioner shall however, be entitled to avail the alternate remedy under the said Act.
