Perused the above Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to make payments towards Applicants bill listed at Exhibit A, B, C, E, F, G, H and I.

It is clarified that all the uncleared bills shall be cleared by the Office of the Official Liquidator within a period of one week from today. 3.
