The Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are present in person. They undertake to handover gold of about 25 gms as provided in clause 2 (i) of the Consent Terms dated 15th September, 2012 within a period of one week from today to the Petitioners and to also comply with the agreement qua the investment described in clause 2(j) of the Consent Terms dated 15th September, 2012 within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
