The present chamber summons has been taken out by the Plaintiffs for amendment of the plaint. Initially, the suit was filed by Plaintiff No.1 society and its managing committee members. The registration of the society has since been cancelled. The flat purchasers have now formed themselves into a private limited company. These facts are sought to be brought on record by the present chamber summons. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 1 / 2
