Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the matter is taken on production board. Rule.

Rule is made returnable forthwith.

By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondent to accept affidavit and photographs of the Petitioner and his wife, on record.

During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they never tendered the affidavit and photographs to the Respondent. He submits that in view of these facts, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh for Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

514.2558.19-wpl.odt the same cause of action if the Respondent refuses to accept the said documents. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Rule stands discharged.
