1. By this suit, the plaintiffs seeking a decree of divorce, by consent, under Section 32-B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936. They were married according to the Parsi Zoroastrian rites on th February, 2019. They have been since unable to continue their relationship and have stated to be living separately since 11 th February, 2020 till date. They are therefore entitled to seek divorce.

consent terms dated 23 rd August, 2021 which are annexed as Exhibit-B to the plaint. Today, they have tendered their affidavits of evidence. Both parties are present. They have affirmed the contents of the plaint and have reiterated their decision to part.

3. Accordingly, by consent, I pass the following order; (i) Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). (ii) The marriage between the plaintiffs solemnized on 10 th February, 2019 as set out in certificate of marriage at Serial No.33/2019 is hereby dissolved.

(iii) Suit is disposed in the above terms.

(iv) No costs.
