Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that some of the grounds which were taken by the Petitioners in the writ petition have not been considered by the Court in its order dated 3rd May, 2012.

We have perused the said order. Merely because some grounds are raised by the Petitioners in the petition, that does not mean that counsel who had appeared for the Petitioners had argued on 1 / 2
RPW. 13-15 the grounds mentioned in the petition. It is settled position in law that Court has to go by the record. The said order does not reflect that any such such argument was advanced by the learned counsel who appeared for the Petitioners. Hence, it will not be possible for us now to reconsder any other grounds, which are now sought to be raised in the review petition. Review petition is, therefore, dismissed. Sd/- Sd/- [A. R.
