This Chamber Summons is for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased Caveatrix/Defendant. There is a delay in taking out the Chamber Summons. The delay is explained in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons. The delay is condoned and the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(b). The amendments to be carried out within two weeks from today. The Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly. The amended copy of the petition be served on the newly added Defendants.
