This chamber summons is taken out by the original Plaintiff for amendment of the plaint. Developments, which have occurred since the filing of the present suit, and particularly, as a result of the ad-interim order passed in the present suit, are sought to be incorporated in the plaint by adding the averments set out in the schedule and also by adding an alternative prayer to prayer clause (a) of the plaint. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer (a). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks. The Defendants may file an additional written statement within six weeks of service of the amended plaint. Chamber summons is disposed of in these terms.
