Heard. These chamber summonses are filed by the Plaintiff for carrying out appropriate amendment in the cause title of the summary suit as well as the suit and body of the plaint to the effect that the name of the Plaintiff changed from Su-Raj Dimonds N.V. to Koradiam NV.

The learned counsel for the Defendant has no objection for allowing the Chamber Summonses.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summonses and as the advocate for the Defendant has no objection to allow the Chamber Summonses, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Chamber Summonses.

Hence, the following order:

a) The Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment as prayed in the Chamber Summonses.

b) The Applicant to carry out amendment within 3 weeks from today failing which the Chamber Summonses shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the plaint, on the Advocate for the Defendant, immediately thereafter.

d) Chamber Summonses stand disposed off accordingly.
