Heard Mr. Pinto and consider the impugned order dated 15th May, 2013.

By this impugned order, the ITAT had rejected the Miscellaneous Application filed by petitioner seeking rectification of an order dated 11th July, 2012. We have considered the impugned order with the assistance of Mr.Pinto since petitioner is unrepresented.

We do not see any reason to interfere since we do not find any error in the order impugned.

Petition dismissed.
