5. Plaintiff confirms that they have no claim/counter claim against the Defendant Vessel and/or the Defendant. The Defendant confirms that they do not have any claim/ counter claim against the Plaintiff. All claims and counter claims arising out of the subject charter party stands settled.

6. The above Suit is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

7. Refund of court fees as per rules.
