On instructions the learned Advocate for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal since the parties have settled their disputes. The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn on that basis. 2.
By an order dated 9th April 2019 the Appellants were required to deposit an amount of Rs. 60 lakhs in this Court. They have done so. Now that the disputes are settled and the appeal is being withdrawn, by consent the Appellants are permitted to 5th July 2022
24-OSAPP-289-2019 IN S-968-1989.DOC withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest. The amount will be disbursed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master by RTGS transfer to a bank account nominated by or behalf of the Appellants.
