For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Affidavit in Support of the Caveat shall be filed and served on or before 23rd October 2015 with no possibility of extension. If

Should the Affidavit in Support of the Caveat be filed on time as directed, the Petition will then to be renumbered as a Suit and will be listed for framing issues on 28th October 2015.
