A preliminary decree was passed in this matter on 11th December 2014. The parties have arrived at Consent Minutes of the order modifying this Court's order of 28th March 2018 in Notice of Motion No. 1368 of 2015. Broadly stated the parties agree on a mode of proceeding to sell the property mentioned in Clause (4) and have provided for a time-frame within which this is to be done, as also for various other acts and compliances.

The draft minutes of the order are signed by the Plaintiff No.1C, by him as the constituted attorney of Plaintiffs Nos. 1A and 1B, by Defendants Nos. 1A, 1B and 2 and by their respective advocates.

There will be an order in terms of the draft minutes which are taken on record and marked 'M1' for identification with today's date. All undertakings in the draft minutes are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

A soft copy of the Consent Minutes as signed will be uploaded as the second order in the matter.

Drawn up order is dispensed with.

All concerned to will act on an authenticated copy of this order.

The Notice of Motion No. 1368 of 2015 is disposed off in these terms. No costs.
