Detailed further directions have been issued to the authorities concerning approval and sanction of plans and terms and conditions of the rehabilitation scheme. The Supreme Court has also directed that all pending litigations between the parties should be disposed of in view of the orders passed by the Supreme Court. A review petition filed by the Plaintiff herein before Supreme Court from that order has been dismissed. Accordingly, the suit has been rendered infructuous. The suit is, in the premises, disposed of. The two Chamber Summonses and Notice of Motion pending in the suit are also disposed of with no orders. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
