1] Learned counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Minutes of the Order, stating that the disputes between parties in these proceedings stand resolved. The Consent Minutes of the Order are signed by the parties to the present proceedings, who are partners in the partnership firm viz. "Roshani Construction Company".
2] Learned advocates for the parties have also signed the Consent Minutes of the Order. It is stated that the signatories to the Consent minutes of the orders are so present in the court and they are identified by their respective advocates. There is no dispute as to the signatures as made on the Consent Minutes of the Order. Consent Minutes of the Order are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3] The undertakings as set out in paragraph Nos. 2(b), (f) and (g) of the Consent Minutes of the order are accepted.
4] Both the petitions are accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes of the Order. No cost.
