By virtue of order passed by the District Inspector, Land Record, Mumbai, on 12th May, 2011, directions were issued to the City Survey Officer to take appropriate decision in terms of the directions. Though the order has been issued in the year 2011, the concerned City Survey Officer has not observed the directions issued in the order and the matter is kept pending. 2.

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent nos.1 to 3, on instruction, states that the directions issued by the District Inspector, Land Record, Mumbai, on 12th May, 2011, will be complied with within four months from today. The statement is accepted.
