Pursuant to the order dated 12th October, 2018 passed by this Court, the learned prospective arbitrator has filed a statement of disclosure. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and is accepted. Mr.Gautam S. Mehta, a counsel of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator.

The Arbitration Application No.329 of 2018 is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that his client had already filed the statement of claim along with the documents before the erstwhile arbitrator and his client be permitted to collect the proceedings from the erstwhile arbitrator and to file 1/2

The applicant is permitted to collect the statement of claim and other papers and proceedings already filed before the erstwhile arbitrator and to file the same before the learned arbitrator appointed by this Court. The respondents would be at liberty to file statement of defence and the counter claim, if any, in the same proceedings before the learned arbitrator. If any counter claim is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
