Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first and second Respondents. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Summons deserves to be made absolute. Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Issue notice of the Writ Petition to the legal representatives of the third Respondent returnable on 6th October, 2015.
