The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has placed on record photocopies of the possession receipts dated 8th June, 2015 and 8th January, 2016. On 8th June, 2015, the possession of Final Plot No.164/B admeasuring 371.90 square meters has been handed over to the Petitioners. On 8th January, 2016, the Petitioners have been placed in possession of Final Plot No.179(Part) admeasuring 350.60 square meters. There is also a compliance affidavit filed by Shri Pradip R. Taware, City Survey Officer, Borivali.

In view of the delivery of possession of the aforesaid plots, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have no subsisting grievance. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
