Parties have agreed upon the appointment of Mr NG Thakkar, learned Senior Advocate of this Court, in place and stead of Hon'ble Mr Justice SJ Vazifdar. The 21st January 2020

The Arbitration Petition referred to one particular dispute. Before the Hon'ble Mr Justice SJ Vazifdar, parties expressly agreed to refer another dispute to his arbitration as well. Both disputes are referred to the arbitration of Mr Thakkar.

It is clarified that the time for completion of the arbitration by Mr Thakkar will commence from the date when he enters upon reference to his arbitration.
