Papers were produced on 31st August 2015 for grant of ad-interim relief. The order dated 31st August 2015 records that the prayer for grant of adinterim relief was rejected as there is no substantive prayer in this petition and the only prayer is for grant of interim relief.

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend for incorporating substantive prayer of vacating an interim order passed by this Court in other pending petition.
